When Tina Davies Childs contacted us, their main concern was a failure to win recent tenders. They were perfectly suited to the work being tendered for but were struggling to get this over to clients in the documentation. The common feedback was that their method statements were falling short.

Our initial approach to helping Tina Davies Childs was to request they send over the failed tenders so we could review the content and advise on where they could be improved.

One of our experienced bid managers got to work right away, dissecting the tender documents and requesting the raw information we would turn into a compelling response. Through an iterative process of interviewing customer stakeholders, industry research and bidding best practice, the responses began to take shape. Following an internal review and client sign-off, we were ready to submit.

Two weeks later, Tina Davies Childs had made the shortlist and were asked to attend a client presentation, which was a resounding success. At the end of January they were awarded the contract. We are hoping to work together again in the future and have left the customer with quality content which can be tailored for future bids.
