Managing Director

Leon is a highly experienced Bid Consultant and Managing Director. He takes a hands-on approach to management and personally ensures that all our operations are conducted to the highest standard. As a consultant, Leon’s biggest win has been a £300m IT outsourcing contract for central government.

Joanne Clarke

Joanne Clarke

Commercial Director

Jo is responsible for Bespoke’s commercial operations. She has extensive experience in contract management, primarily in the Engineering and Construction industry. She is responsible for managing client contracts and overseeing finances. Jo is also an APMP qualified Bid Consultant who has played a key role in many successful bids.

Dave Jones

David Jones

Accounts Director

Dave has over 28 years' experience in bid management and has overseen hundreds of multi-million-pound bids across IT, Defence, Nuclear and more. Dave is our Head of Delivery and oversees every project we work on. With his total wins valued at over $2.1bn, Dave's adds significant value to any bid project he is involved with.

Jack is an APMP qualified Bid Consultant and has been responsible for many successful client bids, priding himself on his diligence and reliability. Kelly Roberts-Hardy

Head of Bids

Kelly oversees the quality and delivery of bids. She supports our Bid Writers to deliver to the highest standards with a focus on client service. Kelly has over 10 years’ experience in bid management across various sectors including real estate, law, tax and accountancy, construction, architecture and digital marketing.

Sue McGrath

Senior Bid Consultant

Sue has over 15 years’ experience in bid management. Although experienced in a vast range of industries, Sue specialises in Facilities Management (hard and soft) and Construction bids, with an enviable win record. Sue is APMP qualified and takes pride in her high standards of accuracy, detail and presentation.

David Moss

Senior Bid Consultant

David is a highly experienced Senior Consultant with a strong track record across several sectors. Many of David's biggest successes have been in funding, with wins totalling tens of millions with organisations such as the Home Office, Department of Justice and the Department for Work and Pensions.

Duncan Smith

Bid Consultant

Duncan is a former commercial pilot turned bidding expert. He offers outstanding attention to detail and significant experience in delivering strict deadlines under high-pressure. With experience in Transport, Logistics, Security, Hospitality and FM, Duncan is ideally placed to support your next must-win project.

Laurel Mills

Bid Consultant

Laurel is an English graduate with several years' writing experience. Laurel has a background in IT and has found success on numerous high-value, central government frameworks through her career. Laurel has a keen eye for detail and creativity and is committed to delivering work to a consistently high standard.

Bid Consultant

Joe has an editorial background that he puts to good use in his bids. A first-class history graduate, he's well accustomed to tackling difficult documents and arguing a compelling case. Joe has led and managed a number of successful bids, and continues to press on in his multi-industry expertise.

Alex Twinn-Vosper

Bid Consultant

Alex is a first-class philosophy graduate with expertise in formulating effective, concise, and compelling bids, grounded on thorough analysis and reason. Alex thrives on performing to tight deadlines and maintaining a highly-organised strategy. He has strong experience within the Agricultural Funding sector and has several high-profile successes to his name.

Alister Bryan

Business Development Manager

Alister is our Business Development Manager and looks after all aspects of our "new business" sales function. Al joined us from his previous role of 15 years in retail service solutions and is now fully invested in the Bespoke Bids ethos of quality service from start to finish. Keep your eyes and ears peeled and you might hear from Al very soon!

Bert

CED (Chief Executive Dog)

Bespoke Bert is by far the most important member of our team. He is responsible for team morale and is an expert in motivational speaking and positive reinforcement. When not patrolling the office, Bert enjoys running, swimming and playing with his friends. He is the living embodiment of ‘work hard, play hard’.
