Tailored Workshops

Improve your bid processes and increase your bidding success with our tailored workshops.

Enhance Your Bidding Process

These workshops are designed for those who are currently engaged in bidding for contracts but are not achieving high success rates.

Prior to holding the workshop, we will provide a pre-consultation with an APMP qualified bid professional to define the key focus areas for the course.

All course material will be tailored to your company and the industry in which you operate.
We will ask you to provide us in advance with some past bids that we can then use as part of the training material to address your areas of weakness.

Your delegates are encouraged to bring any live bids they may be involved in along to the workshop. This allows for real-life examples to be used and offers the opportunity to demonstrate how direct solutions can be sought for any current issues encountered.

Those attending the course will leave equipped with practical foundations to enhance their bidding strategies and take their bidding process to the next level.
