Bespoke Bids Celebrates 10 Years of Helping Organisations Win Tenders
[Manchester, November 2025] – This November marks the 10-year anniversary of Bespoke Bids Consultancy Ltd. The Manchester-based specialist bid-management and tender-writing firm was founded in 2015 by Leon Bright.
What began as a one-person freelance operation has grown into a team of 30+ professionals, serving clients across 30+ industries and delivering thousands of bid projects across the UK and beyond.

Since its founding, Bespoke Bids has supported over 900 businesses, delivered more than 2,100 bid projects, and helps secure £500 million + in contract values each year. Working across more than 30 industry sectors, the company has established a specialist reputation in sectors including health & social care, education and facilities management.
From Freelance to Full-Service Consultancy
Leon Bright launched Bespoke Bids in 2015 with a simple mission: “help people win more tenders”. Throughout the following decade the business has scaled significantly. From his initial freelance bid-writing engagements, Leon has built a dedicated team of specialist bid managers, writers and strategists.
Recent key milestones which mark a culmination in the company’s first 10 years include the launch of the proprietary tender-sourcing portal Bid Op and the acquisition of education-specialist bid consultancy Carley Consult both in early 2025.
Working With Major Clients
Bespoke Bids prides itself on supporting startup and social enterprise firms to break into the world of bids, but is has also delivered work for major organisations including the BBC, NHS, Knight Frank and Coca‑Cola, helping them navigate complex procurement processes and deliver high-quality, winning bids.
Celebrating a Decade and Looking Ahead
To mark the milestone, Bespoke Bids is running a month-long celebration throughout November with a number of special internal and external events planned. Further celebrations will also be continuing throughout the anniversary year.
