Detail

When the managers of Harmony House in Dagenham saw an opportunity to apply for National Lottery Funding for their community programmes for the elderly, they really wanted to secure funding. They decided the application was so important that it would require expert assistance.

When Marie Kearns at Harmony House contacted Bespoke she was keen to find a funding application company that had experience going for National Lottery Funding, she contacted Bespoke.

After analysing the funding application documentation it was ascertained that we could add great value to the application.

We interviewed the Director, gathered content and refined submission content the Director wrote herself, pulling it all together to create a compelling submission. On deadline day, the client experienced problems using the online submission portal. Bespoke dialled in to the client’s PC, using a remote access tool, to complete the submission for her. The submission was completed just after 8pm on the Friday night, maintaining our 100% record of never having missed a deadline.

The submission was successful and Harmony House won £300k to fund three vital community projects for the elderly: social groups, a “silver surfing” computer literacy programme and a telephone befriending service.

Happy Client

“The support from Bespoke was fantastic. Their work was fast, accurate and professional in every way. Even when I couldn’t get the final bid submitted properly, the bid writer stayed to help me until 8:00pm on a Friday night! I have no hesitation in recommending this company.”
