Wheels Private Hire is a Leeds-based taxi company with over 21 years’ experience in the private hire industry. In looking to expand their business, Wheels began to consider local tendering applications. That’s where we came in.
Wheels contacted us to discuss an upcoming tender for a Taxi, Private Hire and Hackney Carriage framework. They had been sent a series of complicated documents and didn’t know where to start.
The Wheels team were requested to start gathering and sending over the necessary information on which to build a set of quality responses. Once all critical information was gathered, we began to construct responses whilst conducting extensive research into the private hire industry. The responses were refined and improved over a series of conference calls, chaired by the bid manager. The bid response was submitted with plenty of time following a set quality review process.
The bid was successful and Leeds Private Hire secured a place on the framework for the next 4 years.
