24/7 Support UK had never used a bid writing consultancy before and were initially anxious about how it would work.
The Directors had ambitions to expand their operations to the North of England and due both to their busy schedules and lack of bidding knowledge, they reached out for professional help.
The bid was for providing accommodation and support to vulnerable young people leaving semi-independent care. This was the sweet spot of our client’s experience and they were able to relay a number of useful case studies and service examples which significantly improved the quality of the bid.
We worked closely with the Directors to help get to know the company as thoroughly as possible in a short space of time. This close liaison was vital, so we organised a detailed face-to-face information capture session where we gathered the bulk of the information in one go.
We drafted a high-quality bid in a short time frame and are delighted to have assisted in 24/7’s expansion to the North of England.
