Bespoke was founded in 2014 by experienced Bid Manager, Leon Bright. Since then we have worked alongside start-ups, SMEs and global organisations, helping them achieve tender success.

Bid Director APMP
Leon is our Company Director and a Senior Bid Consultant. He is qualified to APMP foundation level and has 15 years’ bid management experience. He is a hands-on manager who takes a personal interest in ensuring that all aspects of our operation are conducted to the highest standards. Leon’s biggest win was a £300m central government, IT outsourcing contract.
Business Development Manager
Owen works as our Business Development Manager, overseeing sales and notifying existing clients of new tender opportunities as they arise. During business hours, Owen mans our phones and our live chat, so feel free to drop him a message to discuss your bidding needs. Owen is also an international fencer who achieved Senior British Number 3 ranking during the latest season.
Commercial Manager APMP
Jo is responsible for Bespoke’s commercial operations. She has over 4 years’ experience in contract management, primarily in the engineering and construction industry. She is responsible for managing client contracts and overseeing finances. Jo is also an APMP qualified bid manager and has played a key part on several successful bids.
Senior Bid Manager APMP
Sue has over 12 years’ experience in bid management and tender writing. She has managed projects across a vast range of industries including mechanical and electrical engineering, grounds maintenance, I.T and construction. Sue is qualified to APMP foundation level and takes pride in her high standards of accuracy, detail and presentation. Sue's latest success saw a large cleaning company win a crucial contract for Dorset County Council.
Senior Bid Manager
Roman is one of our Senior Bid Managers and has over 20 years’ experience in bid management and consultancy. He has a vast range of experience having worked on tenders in Telecommunications, IT, Tool Hire, Print Management, Construction, Software Development and Manufacturing. Roman is also multi-lingual and can speak Ukrainian, English, French and Italian, with some experience in Spanish.

Eban is an APMP qualified Bid Manager with 30 years of business experience. Eban spent the majority of his career in Cape Town and Singapore before returning to the UK where he later joined our team. He has subsequently been responsible for several of our most high-profile bid success stories. Eban's most recent success secured a contract for one of our longest-standing security clients.

Jack is an APMP qualified Bid Manager. He has been responsible for a number of successful bids and prides himself on his diligence and reliability. Bespoke Bert is by far the most important member of our team. He is responsible for team morale and is an expert in motivational speaking and positive reinforcement. When not patrolling the office, Bert enjoys running, swimming and playing with his friends. He is the living embodiment of ‘work hard, play hard’.
Although originally focused on bringing professional expertise to small and medium sized enterprises. We now claim many larger companies among our clients.
